If you need to have the password reset for your Elsevier Evolve account, you will need to choose the "Forgot Password?" link that can be found in a drop down menu when you click on the "Login" option that can be found in the top right hand corner of the page.   This will ask you to provide either your username or email address and then send you an email that contains information on resetting your password.  

If this does not work, you will need to contact Elsevier Evolve's Customer Service and Technical Services department at 1 (800) 222-9570.  

Their hours of operation are:

Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. CST
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST
Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST
