Why can't I log in to my HESI account or find my HESI exam?

There could be several reasons why you are unable to access your HESI information:
- Cohort Date Mismatch – Your cohort date may not align with the exam.
- Solution: Check with the Nursing Office.
- Incorrect Computer Time Settings – The time clock on your computer may be incorrect.
- Solution: Update your computer’s date and time settings.
- Duplicate Exam Sign-up – You may have registered for the same HESI exam at a different time slot.
