Q. Cannot Log Into School Email, Account Does Not Exist

• To access student school email, the student must first log onto https://office.com.

Trying to log into Outlook.com will not work, the student email account does not exist there.

• Student just enrolled. The account is not shown in school system yet. 
• Check the spelling of your school email address (with @my.fortis.edu)
