Q. When I try to log into Outlook it tells me my account does not exist.

• Are you trying to log in to Outlook.com or Office.com? You need to go to office.com and log in.

Once you are in Office365, click on the Outlook icon to access your Outlook account.

• If you are tying to log on to office.com, make sure you type in your email address and password correctly. 
  • Domain name for your school email address is @my.fortis.edu
  • Password is case sensitive.
